First Extreme Couponing Trip!


The past two weekends on Sunday night, I take a few hours
and look at all the grocery deals and clip/download coupons since I do my
shopping on Mondays. I thought it would be a hassel, but I am really enjoying it -
 and I love to save money! So, today I ventured out to quite
a few different stores. Here is what I was able to get:

CVS Transaction:

*on sale for 75% off *=$1.82
[1] Combo pizza =$2.00
total =$3.94
*bonus: $2.00 ECB 

Paid $3.94 oop at CVS = Saved $4.20

Total spent oop =$8.96
Total saved =$56.03

On a side note, I have been to every CVS in the area and noone 
has the Centrum Pro-Nutrient vitamins in stock. I have a rain
check and will hopefully be able to get a $6.00 money maker on
those!

  1. Good for you! When I first started couponing a few years ago, I did what you're doing now and racked up some great loot for free or next to nothing. Now, with two little ones and another on the way, I just can't muster up the energy to get out there. Keep up the good work though; your family will certainly benefit from the money you're saving!
